The Chef Collab at the Goldie Chapel was one of the closing events of + we are so proud to have been part of it. What a beautiful evening with a room full of gorgeous guests, a little bit of history in one of Cork’s most magnificent heritage sites.

Good Day Deli was on dessert and Eric focused on reflecting our ethos of provence w Caramelised Mealagulla Apple with Local Beezi Honey, Gloun Cross Crème Anglaise, Bean + Goose White Chocolate Cream, House Puff Pastry and Bread Caramel.

For Petit Fours, we served Bushby Strawberry Pâte de Fruit, West Cork Coffee Caramel Raspberry and Hazelnut Nougat with Bushby Blackberry

As part of the collab event with Goldie + Restaurant Chestnut last week, developed a special coffee to pair w the petit fours for dessert.
