Admittedly late to the social media party this year in an overdue shout out to our team ❤️ an amazing bunch who have seen us thru another super successful year 🙏🫶
As we close out 2025 I am reflecting on a year that has been incredibly rough for me personally (Yvonne 🙂) and the task of running 3 businesses and a very busy catering company, has, at times felt a little challenging ❤️🩹
We do all of our menu design, recipe testing, HR, admin, operations, logistics, training, social media and recuruitment in house and this was at times left to be managed solely by Kev and our amazing senior team who played a blinder when I had to take a short step back 🫂
We are eternally grateful for all of our returning guests, our hard working team old and new, our suppliers and the kindness and compassion shown by everyone we've met along the way this year ❤️
Thank you for continuing to be patient with us while we strive to keep our dishes as premium as possible in an ever challenging world of inconsistency, we do our very best to keep our business somewhere you can trust for quality, flavour, value and above all - serving dishes that will help you feel good - OUR MISSION! 🤝
Its a historically challenging time for our industry but as always we are evolving and adapting to keep our dishes exciting for our valued daily regulars whilst also keeping some classics firmly in place (so we dont get a stern talking to 😆)
Some delicious, healthy changes are afoot and we're super excited for a fresh new year 😍
