My Goodness My Goodness is a vegan food company specializing in living, probiotic products. We harvest rain water to make a vast range of sparkling kefir and kombucha.

We use vegetables from top to tail to create pestos, pates, krauts, crackers, & cake. Come find us! We pride ourselves in transforming Ireland's least favorite resources (rain and cabbages) into delicious fermented goods. We create food which is good for the gut, good for the brain, and good fo

A wee peek into the permanent LGBTQ Archive in , We Were Always Here. It's a beautifully curated collage of radical q***r Irish history for all to enjoy. The exhibition is presented in a way that seems familiar to many activists, drawers full of zines, leaflets, badges, and flyers. There's even an old school telefón with echos from the helpline. So much love, resistance, and creativity in one small space. Thank you so much to for making this available for us all to enjoy.

What a great evening! Thanks to all of you who came to learn new skills, and build community ( on micro and macro levels) at our kimchi and kombucha making workshop! I hope all of your jars are buzzing and bubbling away in your own kitchens now, teaming with microbial magic. The interest and enthusiasm in that room have kept us buzzing and bubbling with new ideas. Shall we do this again? 25 of us managed to make 50 kilos of kimchi in 3 hours, and we all got to take home a jar of it, we got a recipe to recreate it, and we got a kombucha making demo to boot! There are an army of scobies and jars of kimchi dispersed around Cork now, thanks to CorkOnAForkFest ! Special thanks goes to Caroline Hennessy | Award-winning food writer for taking all of these pics, sharing them with me, jumping behind the bar to pour our drinks! Tonight Donal and I are hosting a Community Kimchi and kombucha making workshop with CorkOnAForkFest! The event sold out quite quickly, so let us know if this is something we should host more regularly with y'all. This is a hands on workshop where 25 of us will be shredding veg, brewing bevies, and learning how humans have been fermenting their food for thousands of years. Everyone leaves with a jar of community kimchi that we make together, and a SCOBY of their very own, and recipes to enjoy for years to come. Thanks to Cork on a Fork organisers for encouraging us to host this fun night of building communities on a microscopic and microscopic level. Also, I'll be kicking it with my favourite MC Kate Ryan Kate Ryan Flavour.ie on Sunday at 3 in The Counting House for tastings and tales of kombucha/ kefir/ and other non alcoholic drinks. I don't know who needs to hear this, but we have a ham n chz brioche bap on today with local leafy greens, and an ice cold glass of mint maté to celebrate the win last night. You know it's all vegan and home made. The tall cakes are vanilla chai, and peanut butter cookies, all gluten free. Y'all come on in and sit a spell. It's cool and breezy in the café.
