The Whistler Dark Symphony is our new Whiskey of the Week 🥃

This otherworldly whiskey boasts a unique finish in N.E.O.C (New Era Oak Cask) Cognac barrel.

The N.E.O.C process includes hand-shaving and delicately toasting the staves to bring forward oak spiciness, working in harmony with notes of candied fruits from the cognac influence.

Our new Whiskey of the Month is the Boann Legacy Single Pot Still 🥃

A crafted from a complex mash bill of malted and unmalted barley, with oats and rye, and is a tribute to the rich heritage and history of Irish whiskey.

Boann Legacy marries seven different cask types; Bourbon, Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, Palo Cortado, Amontillado, Moscatel, and French oak, sourced from some of the world’s finest wine and cooperage regions.
