Spring has sprung today, I am eating locally grown greens from Billy Cliffords(Organic Grower in Kenmare, Co.Kerry) covered in Breheny's Bellish Honey and Mustard Salad Dressing, its the simple things that make it all make sense!

4 more sleeps! Brehenys Bellish will be at Mahon and Limerick on Thursday.
Cran-Very-Berry, Pickled Red Cabbage are all great "plate cleaners" and sandwich fillers for St.Stephen's Day. They are also great added to ur gravy, couple of tespoons just before searving, stir it through and let warm, emBellishes any seasional dinner. Conall n Mahon till 3p.m ish today and back n Scally's Supervalue Clonakility tomorrow Friday, and back up to Limerick Milk Market for Saturday. I my self have it handy and will be in Kenmare at Supervalu for INDOOR Christmas Market, should be good fun-Friday and Saturday. Santa, music and good food what more could u ask for?

Conall will be back n Clonakilty this Friday n Supervalu, Scally's doing his thing with Galore! And I will be in Mitchelstown's Supervalu on Saturday, drop in, see and taste! Tomatoes Galore is also avilable in Supervalu in Sallins, Co.Kildare and Supervalu, Ashbourne, Co.Meath. Dinner 2 nite, add a generious amout of Tomatoes Galore to Irish minced Beef, mix well in bowl along with garlic and seasoning and an egg. Make into burger shapes. Flour the burgers and fry on a hot pan with a little oil, 2 min. both sides. Then into the oven on a baking tray for 15 to 20 min.-till cooked through. When almost done in the oven place slice of cheese on top- let it melt! Then for the baps, dress the burgers with more Tomatoes Galore, salad etc. Sit back and enjoy!

COMPETITION-Conall will be flipping burgers in Scally's Supervalu, Clonakilty tomorrow and dressing them with some of the GOOOOOOD Stuff Tomatoes Galore. The first person to come up and say "FÍOR" -meaning true, pronunciation not important- will receive a selection of Breheny's Bellish products, emBellishment for the whole weekend. Soup today! just might warm me up. Slow Roasted Saucy Soup(2 Star Gold Great Taste Awards 2009)-great as a pasta sauce with some Mature Coolea Cheese and Capers to dress it up..... maybe some roasted pine nuts to give it a bit of a bite! Dinner to night.
