We’re looking for full-time & part-time baristas to join our team at a busy coffee shop.

☕ What we’re looking for:
• Previous barista experience (essential)
• A real passion for coffee & customer service
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail (every cup matters)
• High standards of cleanliness & organisation at all times
• Friendly, positive attitude with great communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
• Team players who can also take initiative
• Knowledge of dialling in, milk texturing & consistency is a big plus
☕ What you’ll be doing:
• Crafting high-quality coffee to a consistent standard
• Delivering an excellent customer experience
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional workspace
• Keeping hygiene standards high during busy service
• Working as part of a fast-moving, high-energy team
