Some pictures from last weekends Vietnamese dining experience at Cabu cabins. We prepared (from scratch) and cooked 6 traditional dishes for the group and every one of them were loved by Oriel and her family. It couldn't have went better! The only thing I regret is not getting more pictures but we were so busy making sure every ingredient, detail and flavour was right that we never got the chance.

Sweating off garlic, lemon grass and shallots before adding our beef for Vietnamese beef dish called Bo Kho. Also a look at our Vietnamese style chicken drumsticks straight out of the oven!!
