Introducing… The First Drop. ☕🍷
Today we’re excited to share the official logo for The First Drop, our newest venture in the heart of Cobh.
Many of you have been asking why the emblem looks familiar.
The answer is simple.
We never wanted The First Drop to be a separate identity from The Last Drop. We wanted it to be the next chapter of the same story.
That’s why we’ve kept the gold drop and the Trinity Knot at its heart.
The Trinity Knot has no beginning and no end. It symbolises unity, connection and eternity—values that perfectly reflect what we’re trying to build.
For us, it represents our connection to this incredible town, our team, our customers, and the belief that great hospitality is built on lasting relationships.
Whether you’re joining us for a coffee and pastry in The First Drop, or a meal and a pint in The Last Drop, we want both venues to feel like they’re part of the same family.
This emblem will become the symbol of The Last Drop Collection—a promise of quality, warmth and genuine Irish hospitality across everything we do.
The renovation has certainly been more challenging than we ever imagined, but we’re hoping to welcome you through the doors of The First Drop towards the end of August.
