Hello Clonmel, we have had to make the decision to stop doing brunch/lunch going forward effective immediately! 😔
While we loved looking after our amazing customers, and loved the food ourselves, it has been decided to go back to dinner only, 7 nights a week! This is a decisions made due to rising costs, midweek business levels during breakfast/lunch, staffing, and no longer having the prep space in D’Bunked.
While we are sad to see it go, we are really excited about having the dinner back 7 nights a week, and our small team having less to worry about meaning we can focus on one thing and doing it to the best of our abilities delivering you the experience of dinner we set out to at the very beginning! 🙌🏻 it feels like a weight has been lifted, and our flow is back and we are really excited to get that special feeling back with the dinner from a less tired team! ❤️
We want to thank all our lovely brunch and lunch customers and suppliers!
Times are tough for businesses at the minute, so if there’s a breakfast spot in town you love, make sure and support it! If there’s ever a time to make sure we’re supporting local, it really is now! 🙌🏻

We will be closed until Friday this week as we prepare a new menu for our evening service 😬 we are excited with some of the new dishes we have coming.
From next week on, we will offer dinner Thursday - Sunday and brunch Friday - Sunday.

We have some exciting news as we plan for an exciting year ahead 🙌🏻
Dan our head chef is pursuing his own dream of setting up his own grill/bbq event catering something which is a huge passion of his!
As Dan looks to step back, And go and try his own thing, we are seeking a new head chef 👨‍🍳
With a very big year in store for us here, with some massive plans, we are seeking someone to take on this role to bring some fresh innovative ideas, and lead a team to deliver a unique customer experience. 👌
All applicants are ensured that this will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence with Jamie , and looks forward to meeting you to discuss plans and opportunities for the right candidate. 👊

Thank you all for the amazing support! We literally cannot fit anymore so well done to everyone who has donated. 💜
Thank you to all of my staff for putting up with me all week as we tried to get this all organised, and who will be holding fort until I’m back on Thursday.
Tomorrow morning we head off to Rosalare, to catch the ferry to France before driving across France, Belgium, Germany and into Poland to meet who has been over in Ukraine for last few weeks working tirelessly to keep this going! 👏
Once unloaded, we will go and purchase more supplies in Poland with all the money donated!
We will keep you posted with stories along the way on our journey.
We want to thank everyone again as there has been so much goodwill it has been amazing - packing the van up today made me super proud to be Irish and to see how we are responding to help those in need. A big shout out to Camida who kindly paid for the ferry and fuel for the journey - meaning all other money raised went directly to those in need.
