Originally developed in 2009, the Blackwater Blend is our most popular cafe blend Nationwide. 100% Arabica & Rainforest alliance certified.

All beans roasted separately before blending. Light to medium roasted on average.

This is a seasonally managed blend, that is, from time to time it will vary slightly … we can’t tell the sun to shine and the rain to fall when and where, but in the main it will be lush, smooth and sweet body with a delicate but evident acidity.

Never burnt or charred. Easy espresso, soft & sweet in milk.
