I'd always dreamed of opening a Baked Potato food trailer, good filling wholesome food, locally sourced ingredients, homemade with love.
And I'm very proud to say I achieved it.
Hearing people rave about my topped tatoes, recommended me to friends, events, and festivals really showed my little idea could, and did get great traction.
Buy sadly all good things must come to an end.
My hands let me down and I was told I would need surgery for arthritis. First op was done last September. I'm still recovering from that one and when I do- the other hand needs doing.
In a nutshell it means I need to realise my own limits, and sell my trailer.
I want to thank you all for the support through over the last few years.
Thank you to every single person I came in contact with, the highs, lows, laughs and banter. It really helped me connect with people after the disaster of covid, gain confidence, and believe that I could.
And I did.
