After an amazing 3 years the OVEN has reached the end. I want to thank all of the amazing people that have been a part of the journey, far too many to mention in a post but you all know who are you.

Our bright and beautiful Mural was designed and painted by local artist Anne Heffernan and kids from the village 41 years ago, the vibrant Mural is a snapshot in time- a piece of history.

Please help us stop the Clerihan Hall Commitee from painting it into bland obscurity. Choose History, Art and Charm over another beige wall!

I’m going to be sharing a lot more of what I’m up to over the coming weeks, partly here and partly on my own page .mercer. A lots happened since we last spoke. I’m looking at the best ways to share my journey with nutrition, smarter thinking and the new no dig garden I’m starting here on the farm.
