Caswell and Stone An idea was started with an old Mercedes truck with lots of character, bought by two chefs who knew nothing about classic vehicles.

But they did know about food and wanted to bring their passion and ideas on the road to create a unique food experience.

The weekend is nearly here, and there's a fair bit of prepping and chopping going on to get ready for you all! Caswell and Stone will be back at Osborne's Courtyard, Clonegal this Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th of July.

Saturday: 4:30pm – 8pm
Sunday: 1:30pm – 6:30pm

Made with care by our own hands, as always. Grab a seat in the courtyard and a drink from Osbornes Bar next door while you wait.

Summer is flying by already — we'll be here right through to the end of August, so plenty more weekends to look forward to yet. Come say hello!

Sunday 28th June ☀️

The weather here in Clonegal is absolutely perfect today — come and make the most of the summer while we can!

We're open this afternoon from 1:30 to 6:30pm, with seating in the courtyard and drinks available from Osbornes Bar.

On the menu today — fresh fish tacos, Korean chicken burger, and a beef burger loaded with brisket for extra meatiness. All made by our own hands.

Good news — the weekend weather is looking good and the fish tacos are back! ☀️🌮

Fresh cod, lime and tomato adobo sauce — they went down so well last weekend, we couldn't not bring them back.
