Hey All!
We have some news…
We are taking a break from the pizza game as we are currently in the process of moving over to New York.
Though we are very excited for our move we are also sad to be leaving all the incredible people that we’ve met in Connemara, all you guys have made our lives so special and our Fadó journey would not be what it is with out you.
While in New York we plan to do plenty of research and development and further our knowledge in the pizza game. We’ll keep the page active until our return with plenty of great pizza recommendations.
So it’s goodbye for now and not forever. A Massive thank you to Francis, Thomas and the family at the campsite as well as the other great neighbours in Shanaheever, you guys made us so so welcome and we can’t thank you enough.
Thank you all so much for you unwavering support and loyalty over the years.

We have had a bit of a break and a trip to Naples!😍🍕🍷

Having done our busiest day ever on Friday, last night surpassed that, massive thanks to everyone for their patience and understanding, having no power made things that bit tougher but we managed to get through the orders before it got too dark!

Fior di latte mozzarella, loads of ground black pepper, too much Parmesan, a little of our creamy garlic sauce (controversial in a carbonara) crispy pancetta and topped with more Parmesan and free range egg yolk gently cooked from the heat of the finished pizza!
