Walsh's Public House – Charlestown, Co. Mayo
Walsh's Public House is a traditional pub, established in 1954, that is located in the heart of Charlestown's Market Square.
Charlestown itself is a historic market town in east County Mayo, close to the borders of Sligo and Roscommon. Founded in 1845 by Lord Charles Dillon, it grew into one of Mayo's leading market towns thanks to its fairs and railway connections. Today, it remains known as the "Crossroads of the West," ideally situated near Ireland West Airport Knock and serving as a gateway to the region.
