Well folks, this is not an easy post for me to write, but after a lot of deliberation and countless sleepless nights over the last few months, I have made the very difficult decision that after 17 years in business, The Market Cafe will not be reopening its doors when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted on July 26th.
I am extremely proud to say that The Market Cafe built up a thriving business of both loyal local customers and holidaymakers alike, and I do hope you feel we served you well.
This was achieved in no small part to my wonderful staff over the years. To them, I want to say a massive "Thank You" for all your hard work, loyalty and dedication to me over the years, all of which never went unnoticed.
To my customers both near and far, I also want to say Thank You. We wouldn't have made it this far without your much appreciated support over the years.
Thank you for allowing The Market Cafe to be your "Catch up with a Friend, Business Meeting or Coffee Morning, Fry-up after a night out or simply waiting on a bus".
I do hope you feel that we served you well, in as much as we enjoyed serving you.
On a personal note, I will be forever grateful for the friendship, loyalty and support over the last 17 years and absolutely loved every minute.
