He is well placed to launch Espresso Project at a time when Irish people are developing an appreciation for fine espresso. With his passion, the beautiful custom Kees Van Der Western espresso machine, Badger and Dodo's fresh, dynamic blends and an ever changing menu of single origin beans,

Joel aspires to create world class artisan espresso based drinks in the ever evolving pursuit of the perfect coffee. To this end every aspect of the Project is considered, deliberate and designed to contribute something more to the greater cause of really ridiculously good coffee. The Project also strives to enrich the wider industry through supporting other small artisanal operators, always seeking more transparent trade, buying local, organic and sustainable wherever possible.
