A brilliant piece of equipment suitable for all levels of fitness.The speedflex machine, is a hydraulic fitness machine based around high intensity interval training,with a low physical impact.
It is famously Marketed as (hiit without the hurt)
because it eliminates the eccentric phase of muscle contractions,the lengthening under tension that causes micro tears,which results in delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS)
We currently have 5 machines here at the leisure centre.
