Which Pizza Would You Like to See Back??

We've had over 50 pizza varieties since we opened 😮. Some are supposed to be for a week and are still on after a year. Others are classics in Italy but almost no-one orders them (Tuna & White Onion - it's not your fault 😪).

To all the Leaving Cert students, congratulations! Whatever your results, you’ve put in the work, got through the stress and made it to the finish line. 🍕👏

If you get what you wanted, well done and if you don't, don't worry - One set of results doesn’t define you or decide where you’ll end up and sometimes the unexpected route turns out to be the best one. And at least there's always pizza to make you feel better.

Four years ago today… 🍕❤️

This was our first ever attempt at making pizza.
No fancy setup (Not even a weighing scales). And no idea of the journey down the rabbit hole ahead.

Just a bit of underproved dough, an ooni oven, about 10 ripped pizzas (and a run to supervalu for pre-made bases because we'd had the brilliant idea of inviting 35 people on our first attempt 🤦‍♂️).
Four years on there's still a bit of tinkering and trial and error but hopefully the PTSD from this night will fade eventually.
Thanks to everyone who has been part of the journey so far. Here’s to the next chapter. 🍕🔥
