Customer Notice – Loyalty Tokens
28th July 2025

Dear customers,

Please note, effective from, 1st September 2025, Roma loyalty tokens will no longer be accepted as partial or full payment of products and equally will not be awarded to customers against spend.

We will honour all tokens currently in circulation up to and including 31st August 2025 and would encourage use of these prior to that date. We will continue to issue tokens until 15th August 2025.

While we have tried to maintain this loyalty scheme, unfortunately due to increased costs across our business it is not possible to continue it in the current climate.

We trust you can understand our reasoning and look forward to your continued support and valued custom.
