It comes with much sadness that we have had to close this week.Due to unforseen circumtances.I would like to thank you all for your custom and support.It has been an emotional week and made tougher sometimes at you all calling in and wishing me well and for your lovely kind words.Watch this space as working on a better premesies that can develop my dream and with better facilities to expand.It was always more than just a tearooms to me and have loved everyday meeting some amazing people.So many who have become more than customers!

Just to set the record straight,we have not shut.Due to the flooding and not being able to have water we have had to shut the last few days.Finally it is all repaired and will be open as normal again tomorrow.Missed so many of you.Big thanks to some customers who came in and offerred to help with the clear up and for your calls and texts

Not the best start to the New year! Armed with new plans and dishes,to go in to shop at 6.30 this morning to a broken water pump and water everywhere. Hopefully up and running again tomorrow.Working hard to rectify the situation.Big thanks to the customer who hijacked a plumber at the garage and said he had to go help me.I wont repeat his language as i was about to cry

am so lucky to have a quality butcher as a neighbour.Who works hard too for the local area. In hard times we all know it easy to go to the cheaper alternatives and one stop shops! I am proud to know where my meat is sourced.I have always been taught to support local butchers and veg suppliersSimon's Craft Butchers offers you all you need.Service second to none.No matter how hard up i was i know where i would shop! Knowing where my meat has come from.Please support local

Wow ! what a great turnout and thanks to all who attended our poetry morning.So looking forward to the next one.We are blessed with some amazing tallented people in out midst.Great feedback.Couple of pieces bought me to tears.Look forward to our next meeting and to all who took the time to attend,write and read their works.Was lovely seeing the shop used as a meeting place of great people
