Tickets are officially on sale for this year's Pumpkin Patch, tucked away in the hills just outside Castlebar. A perfect autumn day out for the whole family.

📅 Open October 24th, 25th, 26th, 30th & 31st🕐 Sessions daily at 12pm, 1.30pm and 3pm (1 hour each)

On the day you'll find:🎃 Pick your own pumpkin 🎨 Face painting📖 Storytelling 🔪 Carving workshop 🎮 Games 📸 Photo opportunities ☕ Teas, coffees and treats available

We are at the height of harvesting our produce.

It's a very busy time of the year but thankfully so far the weather has been on our side.

With all this in mind preparation for Spring 27 is well under way.

A big thanks to Trench Agri for delivering a few loads of mushroom compost.

Beds that have been cleared will now be topped up.

A selection of our Cara spuds which we harvested this morning.

These a a very heavy cropping spud and are ideal for making home made chips in fresh oil.

With the good weather here, it's an ideal time to get some Record spuds out of the ground.

It has been a busy few weeks with the Queens. We are down to the last of the Queens now so we have other varieties to get out of the ground now.

Got a call from Dec in Shaws Garden Centre yesterday to fulfil an order of spuds.

Had a good chat with Dec about the crop and what we hope to have coming up.
