Something sweet is landing at The Fire Slice 🩷
I love finishing a meal with a treat… so I had to bring desserts to the truck 😍
Homemade vanilla panna cotta 😋 Light, creamy, fresh, and made with just a few simple ingredients.
(small batches, with real vanilla pods and a plant based gelling agent 🌱)
This weeks toppings are Mango or Strawberry purée 🥭🍓.

My 72 hrs slow fermented dough with Fior di Latte mozzarella and ruacaferua wild garlic butter.
Simple but sooooo tasty 😍

And that’s it for me for 2025 🤸‍♂️.
Thank you for giving me the busiest year ever. Last October The Fire Slice entered its 8th year in business and every year has been busier than the last. I can’t thank you all enough for the continuous support and the grá, I wish you all the merriest happiest Christmas and a very happy New Year. I will see you back in Castlebar on Friday 2nd.

My opening hours around Christmas time in Castlebar 🎄
The back of Bridge St bar will be busy with the Christmas market and other events in the lane, I might have to move around a bit from my usual spot, but I won't be far and you can always follow the smoke ... and the smell of freshly cooked pizza 😍😍
