Hi Spice customers,
Since the covid pandemic and more so in recent months running our restaurant has become extremely difficult. As everyone knows, prices have been soaring and we are also not immune to it.
It was with great regret that we had to make the decision to close our doors after 16 years of business in Carrigaline. In that time, we have made many, many friends and we have been treated like family by so many of you over the years.
It was in the last week after it was announced that we were closing that we felt this kindness the most from our customers and friends. Over the last few days we have searched for opportunities which would allow us to keep Spice going and we are delighted to say that over the weekend and Monday, we have managed to find a way to make this happen.
We are absolutely delighted to be able to say that we are in a position to keep Spice open. A large contributor to this was the loyalty that our customers showed us along with a few other fortunate events happening.
So later this week, we are able to say that Spice will be back from Tuesday 5th March 2025.
