The Tearoom Sessions The Tearoom Sessions is a monthly gig in Carrick on Súir, Co. Tipperary which plays host to the best Irish and international musicians.

As a non-profit group we are purely in this for the joy of listening to and supporting live music The idea for The Tea Room Sessions has been buzzing around Carrick and Piltown for years (if not decades) but only in 2010 did the group of seven music nuts do something about it. Held once a month in the tea rooms of the Brewery Lane Theatre Carrick-on-Súir the Tea Room Sessions is a gig like no other. With seventy (silent!) regulars attending each month it has gone on to become one of the best and most intimate gigs in the south east. Run on a non-profit basis it has quickly become a permanent occupant in the lives of our dedicated fanbase. With acts such as Henry McCullough, Nigel Mooney, Frankie Lane, Maria Doyle-Kennedy, The Lost Brothers and so much more our Friday nights are becoming bigger and better every month. Don has been incredibly generous by offering his services free on the 31st, he's a huge fan of little music venues and wants to keep the doors open. This gesture will help to keep The Tearoom Sessions as a permanent fixture in Carrick on Suir. So it's up to us to do our best to sell out both nights.

Don chose local band Lodestar to support him and Heather Wall will join him on stage for a couple of numbers.
