The journey from green bean to your brew. ✨

Here is a quick look behind the curtain at how we craft our signature roasts:
1️⃣ Weighing & Heating: Measuring exact green coffee quantities while the roaster and the whole system heats up to operational temperature above 200 degrees.
2️⃣ The Roast: Pouring beans into the hopper, dropping them into the chamber, and meticulously managing heat and airflow to hit our precise roasting profile.
3️⃣ Cooling: Rapidly dropping the temperature from 215°C down to 40°C in the cooling tray to lock in peak flavour.
4️⃣ Destoning & Blending: Using our cyclone destoner to remove natural debris, followed by expert blending.
5️⃣ Packaging & Delivery: Machine or hand packed, sealed and shipped straight to your door.
