This is just some of our staff at Hale.
Staff who have made the very difficult decision to keep our shops open and continue serving you, the customers, despite one of the worst emergencies our country has seen.
Please respect them, please understand when they can’t bring you the same level of service you are used to. These are trying times for us all.
Please don’t, try to barge through the serving hatch demanding entrance to the shop
Please don’t, abuse staff because your particular product is out of stock
Please don’t, cough through the serving hatch (even as a joke)
Please don’t, video record our staff and threaten to put them on social media because they can’t facilitate your particular request
Please don’t, mock staff when they use gloves to handle your cash
(All actual things that have occurred in our stores over the last 2 days)
Above all please give your utmost respect to all retail staff at this time, who are doing their best to keep all of us in the products and services we require.
