Sorry for being a bit late posting (I thought I had done it already) I hope everyone had a great Christmas and enjoyed all the desserts that went out Christmas eve.Thanks for all the support throughout the year to our customers, staff and friends. As we edge scarily nearer the opening night of Mary Popsin 2, it's time you got to meet more of our cast. These 2 gentlemen need no introduction, but on the off chance there's someone out there that doesn't know them, I thought it best to include them in our "Meet the Cast"

Gabriel O’Callaghan and young Liam Fitzgerald,
Our senior panto stars — to us, they mean the world!
They’ve played young lads, old lads, and dames full of grace,
Spreading laughter and joy all over the place.

Liam strums his mandolin, sings every tune,
Always on key — he could serenade the moon!
He brightens each scene with his music so strong,
Turning mayhem to magic with each perfect song.

Gabriel spins stories that ramble with cheer,
Tales and tall jokes that we’re thrilled to hear.
He’s compered more shows than I’ve had hot dinners,
And still packs in the laughs — he’s always a winner.

Together they bring heart and soul, charm and flair,
Lighting the stage with talent to spare.
Heroes, or villains, or dames dressed in style,
Though when they hit the dance floor… it’s worth every smile!

So, here’s to these legends, Mary Popsin’s delights,
Two gents who light up our days and nights.
With music, with jokes, and moves that make us cheer,
Gabriel and Liam — the stars we hold dear!

Join us on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th December at 7.30pm in the GAA Hall, Buttevant to see these 2 fit young fellas in all their glory

🍴Calling All Cooks and Food Lovers! 🧁 we have been asked to share this on behalf of the cast of the movie The Young Offenders, who are putting together a Community Cookbook as part of our upcoming fundraiser, and we need your favorite recipes to make it a success! 📖

Whether it’s your go-to family dinner, a treasured dessert, or a special dish passed down through generations—we’d love to include it! All types of recipes are welcome: starters, mains, desserts, snacks, vegetarian, traditional, or modern twists.
