It is with a heavy heart that I must announce the closure of my business. We will cease trading on Sunday 28th January. Any gift vouchers purchased can be used up until then.
Due to the ever rising costs throughout the past year, my lease nearing an end & an exciting new adventure about to start with myself & my partner about to become parents with our little baby on the way, I feel that it’s time to end this chapter at The Wild Thyme, a venture I very much so enjoyed.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank my staff, past & more importantly my current staff Orla, Rachel & Tara & thanks to Eimear who after leaving us to pursue her own career never left me down when I needed someone to cover staff days off.
Thanks to my landlord John who was very supportive to me from the beginning and always helped me out anyway he could.
Finally thanks to each & every one of my customers who supported my business over the past 2 & a half years, especially my loyal regulars who I got to feed every week & get to know. It has been a pleasure feeding & serving you all.
