Stoked Bundoran Update
We were hoping to open bookings this week, with a target opening date of May 20th.
Our booking system is currently being finalised, and we hope to launch bookings next week.
We’re still aiming for May 20th, but there are a few things outside of our control that we’re waiting on. If it pushes past that date, it won’t be by much.
We’d absolutely love to be open already, especially with this great weather, and with the big fit out costs, we’re eager to get the restaurant open as soon as possible.
We can’t take bookings just yet without the booking system in place, but we really appreciate everyone who has reached out wanting to book.
A special thanks to everyone who has helped us so far.
We haven’t had a big team of contractors fitting out the kitchen and restaurant ,just a small group of people who have worked incredibly hard and done a fantastic job.
We’ll share another post soon to show some of the great work that has gone into the build.
We’re working hard every day to get these doors open. Thanks so much for your patience and support, we can’t wait to welcome you all.
