1. Shakshouka on flatbread with zough, labneh, loaches eggs and herbs.
2. Momma Mia focaccia with mortadella ham, rocket, pistachio pesto, confit tomato, hot honey, whipped ricotta & pangritata
3. Veggie Foccacia with roasted red pepper, smoked aubergine, pistachio pesto, house marinara, buffalo mozzarella & pangritata
4. The front entrance under some gorgeous Sligo sun.
