When we opened Pistachio three years ago, we dreamed of creating more than just a place for coffee and gelato… we wanted to create a little community.
This week reminded us how lucky we are. 🥹💚
A huge thank you to Barry Hamilton Media for surprising us with this beautiful birthday cake — such a thoughtful and kind gesture.
And thank you to every single person who came in, took a photo, wished us happy birthday, joined our little celebrations or simply supported us over these three amazing years.
You are the reason Pistachio is what it is today. ☕🍦💚
