Kitchen Rendez-Vous take place every 2/3 weeks, in the morning. We start at 10 am, two hours cooking, then we have lunch together. Location : 1, Cois Cladaigh, Blackrock, Co. Louth, Ireland.

Today (lucky me) I've been treated to lunch at Chapter One in Dublin... FABULOUS food.
Here sunny and memorable parmesan raviolis with marinated sh*takee, roasted asparagus (oh my) and spinach puree. Yes, they have a vegetarian menu - thumbs up!

Now I know mushrooms, tarrangon and gorgonzola work amazingly together... How about you give it a try?
