Hi everyone ☕️🧁
After a lot of thought I have decided to make the difficult decision to close Nutmeg for a period of time from March 20th.
We have recently found out we are expecting twins in the summer.
I feel I now need, and want, to focus on my young family for the next year or so. Matthew 3 and Pippa 9months, and our new arrivals will take all of my time and energy.
My team have kept us going through the pandemic and continued to welcome you all with a smile and great service from downstairs and great food from our team in the kitchen.
We have gone from strength to strength in recent years and I am so thankful to everyone for the continued support and custom from day one, and so grateful for the business we have been able to build.

My brother Peter was a great support to both myself and Nutmeg when he was with us, and for sure without him I would never have had the chance to accomplish what we have in the last 5 years. But I know he would be the first to tell me to focus on my family for now.
Nutmeg can and WILL come back when we are set to go.💪🏽

We will spend this time thinking on how to be better when we do reopen.

Hi everyone,

We have created a "go fund me" for the Irish Kidney Association in memory of Peter.
On December 26th we ask everyone to take part in some form of exercise and make a donation In memory of Peter. This is a charity that was close to his heart and helped him tremendously.

✨ Veggie wrap with homemade falafels and homemade hummas, tomato and leaves served with a side of hummus & side salad
✨ Fajita chicken wrap with chilli and lime chicken, homemade guacamole, leaves, cheese and red onion served with a side salad, sour cream & homemade guacamole

Full time hours, with experience working in a busy kitchen essential. Baking and/or savoury cooking will be required in this role which will be discussed with the successful candidate.
