🎱 McGrath’s Pool Academy — MEMBERS CLUB IS OPENING! 🎱
We’re delighted to announce the launch of the McGrath’s Members Club, giving pool players the opportunity to play whenever suits them, with unlimited access to the tables for members. 🔥
The aim is to build a proper pool community in McGrath’s Pullathomas — giving players a place to practise, compete, improve and enjoy the game all year round. 🎱
💰 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
Adults: €50
Youth: €30
Family: €70 (1 adult + 1 or more youth)
💡 MONTHLY TABLE LIGHTS
Individual: €15 — unlimited play
Family: €20 — unlimited play
🎟️ DAY PASS
€10 per day
Day passes are subject to the club rules and availability.
🔑 ACCESS & FOB SYSTEM
Each member will receive their own FOB once their membership has been approved and payment has been made.
* FOBs are strictly for the named member.
* Do not give your FOB to anyone else.
* Lost or damaged FOBs must be reported immediately.
* Access can be suspended or removed if club rules are repeatedly broken.
* Only paid and approved members are permitted access while the pub is closed.
📋 CLUB RULES
To keep the club fair, safe and enjoyable for everyone:
🎱 Respect the tables — leave them exactly as you found them.
🚫 NO DRINKING while the bar is closed and the club is open.
👥 No unauthorised guests are permitted while the pub is closed. Members are responsible for anyone they bring into the club during permitted hours.
🔑 Do not share FOBs or allow other people to enter using your access.
🧹 Clean up after yourself — rubbish, bottles, food and personal belongings should not be left around the pool area.
🎱 Look after the equipment — cues, balls, tables, lights and club property are to be treated with respect.
⚠️ Any damage caused deliberately or through irresponsible behaviour may result in membership being suspended or cancelled.
🔇 Respect other members — no excessive noise, disruptive behaviour or behaviour that could affect other players.
🚪 Make sure doors are properly closed/secured when entering or leaving outside pub opening hours.
🤝 MEMBERSHIP VOUCH SYSTEM
To help maintain a good club environment, new members will need an existing member to vouch for them on their membership application.
Membership applications will be reviewed before access is provided.
Additional club rules and terms will be included on the membership sign-up form.

Members will also receive discounted entry rates for McGrath’s Flyers, Monthly’s and selected pool events.
We’ll also be looking at developing more competitions, leagues, coaching and club events as the membership grows. 🎱🔥
📍 McGRATH’S PULLATHOMAS
This is a big step forward for pool at McGrath’s and we’re hoping to build a strong, respectful and welcoming cue club for everyone — whether you’re playing competitively, practising your game or just looking for a few frames.
Everyone is still more than welcome to play pool in the pub whenever the bar is open.
The Members Club is specifically for those who want extended/unlimited access to the tables outside normal pub opening hours.
