Keep an eye out for plenty of fresh Bantry Bay seafood on our daily specials board, and our menu has steaks, seafood and pasta dishes, and salads to suit all tastes. The Brick Oven has an authentic wood burning pizza

oven, which is kept at a temperature of 500-550F by burning oak. Family friendly atmosphere where the children are sure to love the wood burning pizza oven visible from the front of house, where we use our own homemade dough and Brick Oven pizza sauce. Open Thurs-Mon, with take-away available also.

FOH Supervisor – The Brick Oven

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Front of House Supervisor to join the team at The Brick Oven.

If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, love working with people, and take pride in delivering top-tier customer service, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing:
• Leading and supporting the front-of-house team during service
• Ensuring a warm, welcoming, and efficient customer experience
• Handling bookings, walk-ins, and customer queries professionally
• Training and mentoring team members
• Coordinating with the kitchen to maintain smooth service flow
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
• A hands-on, team-first attitude
• Passion for hospitality and grreat food

After more than 6 decades as a family-run business, we are stepping into a new chapter with full hearts & great memories. The Brick Oven is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a full-time, year-round position offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, well-established restaurant

Founded in 1997,The Brick Oven is a family friendly restaurant serving locally sourced seafoods, steaks, pastas and produce as well as our pizzas.

Open 5 days, Thurs-Mon, with Dine-In and Take-Out available.

What we’re looking for:
• A passionate chef with 3-5 years of experience in a busy kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Flexibility with hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland
• Fluent in English

What we offer:
• A stable, full-time role year-round
• Competitive salary based on experience
