Sugar Mama was founded and is run by Gillian Clifford in Cork, Ireland. Gillian is fully qualified as a chef and has catering background, working in various cafes and hotels in Cork. Gillian's unique selling point with her confectionery products is her creativity and gourmet flavours. Customers have been instantly tempted by an array of irresistible confections from her classic "Strawberries and C

ream" (vanilla cake with strawberry coulis) to the sinful "Chocolate Orange" (orange chocolate frosting with a segment of Terry's chocolate orange). Gillian's chocolate biscuit cake is one of her signature cakes and has being enjoyed at weddings and parties all over Cork. Gillian can cater for any amount of event attendees from an intimate dinner party to hen weekends, birthday parties, weddings, christenings, communions and confirmations.

Only a few spaces left for chocolate biscuit cake puddings. I will be closing the book soon. Cakes are €35 each. Unfortunately the price of ingredients have doubled since I last did these for Christmas.
I will be doing 2 drop off points on the 22nd/ 23rd of December. One in Bandon/ innishannon and one in Bishopstown. All cakes will be decorated similar to below with ribbon, cake toppers and wrapped in Christmas cellophane. An ideal gift to give. If you are intending on giving one to someone as a gift please let me know and I will attach a greeting card to your order.

Very sad to hear the news today of the passing of my former lecturer and mentor Mr.Seamus Forde. He was a hard ass and kicked my bum into gear on many occasion but once you got a smirk you knew you were doing a good job. He had more confidence in me back then than I had in myself. There will be a lot of past students remembering Seamus today. I was very honoured a few years back to make his 60th cake. Thinking of his family at this time who are devastated at his sudden departure. Thanks for pushing me all those years ago. Rest in peace Sir x

Hi guys! The time has come to head on maternity leave with the little arrival around the corner. I will be taking orders from March 2021 onwards so please get in touch as early as you can to book in. I will get to your message in between nappy changes and feeds and naps and running after a 20 month old🙈🤣.
