At that point, it was only for ourselves, as the quality of the coffee which can be purchased in th
e local stores is questionable. When we first got in contact with green coffee beans wholesale, we carefully selected a range of coffee, which has the best quality/value ratio. Even though we have stated, roasting coffee is more of a pastime, that doesn’t mean we don’t know what we do, and that we cannot deliver top quality product. We are committed to delivering 60kg of coffee on a weekly basis. The limit is plainly due our day jobs, but we would like to note, that we poses a small size roaster, capable of producing 50-60kg of coffee a day. Coffee is roasted in small amounts, to deliver freshness and best possible quality. As one can notice, ground coffee is available in 250g packaging only, to ensure taste characteristics are always preserved. It is worth noting, a chemical processes is occurring within freshly roasted coffee beans itself, for next couple of days, which results in production of carbon hydroxide. Therefore the 0.5kg and 1kg packaging contains a safety valve to allow the gasses to escape, but the smaller 250g packaging doesn’t. In are in the process of acquiring 250g packaging with a safety valve. The bloated 250g packaging doesn’t mean the coffee is old, but it is rather the other way around.
