It is with a heavy heart that I must say fairwell to the loyal patrons of Fulvios TakeAway.
Due to circumstances beyond my control, I am left with no option but to close my business for the foreseeable future.
This closure is enforced by Wicklow Co. Co. due to a breach in planning regulations. I have done everything within my power to seek clarity on the regulations in breach but I have come up empty-handed at every explored avenue.
Neither Wicklow Co. Co., my own solicitor nor fellow business owners in mobile catering units, have been able to find details of, or furnish me with, the information required to adhere to these regulations.
My colleagues in the same business were equally as surprised and confused as i was, by the requirements for planning permission for mobile catering units, as it has always been our understanding that planning permission was needed only for permanent structures.
It seems I am defeated by the very people who are supposed to be there to help.
It has been a pleasure to be a business owner and employer in this wonderful local community, and the support from my customers has always been unwavering. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
I hope that at some stage in the coming months, I am in a position to resume business and I have every faith that your support will continue.
I am sorry that our new venture was so short-lived but I have enjoyed it nonetheless.
Sunday will be my final day in Lizzie Keoghs Yard.
I would like to thank Jamie for everything.

Thanks again
