To say we are pinching ourselves!! It will be quite surreal! We kept it as a surprise and what an amazing end to our year! We are so thankful that they chose us and grateful to our friends of the restaurant who participated and made it happen!!

The two-star Michelin restaurant, Dede in Baltimore, will feature on MasterChef: The Professionals, which airs on BBC One on Tuesday night.
