Café Staff

We're looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable person to join our busy café team.

The role includes:

Barista duties
Front of house, cashier & waiting tables
Excellent customer service
Food preparation
Assisting with kitchen management and daily organisation
General café duties and maintaining high food hygiene standards
Experience is essential. You'll need to be confident working in a busy café environment, making quality coffee, preparing food, managing your workload, and working well as part of a team.

Hours:
Approx. 8:15am – 3:45pm, with additional hours available for catering events, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

If you have a positive attitude, strong organisational and communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced café, we'd love to hear from you.

☕️ We're Hiring! 🍳

We're looking for a part-time Kitchen Team Member to join us at SiP Café Kitchen, Ballymore.

🕗 Thursday, Friday & Saturday, occasional weekday cover.
🕗 8:15am – 3:45pm

The role involves food preparation, cooking, service, HACCP food management to FSAI standards, and helping to keep our kitchen running smoothly. Café and/or kitchen experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude, reliability, tough work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.

There may also be opportunities for additional hours assisting with catering events, including occasional Sundays and Bank Holidays.

We're a busy community café with a lovely team and fantastic regular customers, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in their work.
