We were blown away by all the support and well wishes today! ❤️

It was so lovely to see all our regulars back and to welcome so many new faces, too. We truly love what we do, and the whole team was absolutely buzzing today!

It’ll take us a little time to find our feet as we settle into working in our new space.

We want to keep things simple. Our ethos is all about great food, quality ingredients and everything made fresh every day. 🥐☕️.

Our sourdough bagels were a real hit today! 🥯 Made with just four ingredients: flour, water, salt and olive oil. Simple ingredients, made with love.

Thank you again for all the support. It means more to us than you know. Here’s to this next chapter! ❤️

What a month and what a journey 💚

We are almost there. Still a little tidying and bits to be done but we will be looking forward to welcoming you all back Monday morning

We have had lots of laughs, plenty of stress, endless creativity and most importantly new friendships formed along the way.

We’ll be doing a post next week to tag and celebrate all the amazing tradespeople in our community who helped bring everything to life. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🫶🏼

We truly understand the meaning behind ' it takes a village ' now, more than we ever had before

We are building a space with so many talented hands for us to work in and you the community to enjoy

We still have some work to do but we are hoping to be back open towards the end of this week 🤞

As our brand is evolving, we are working on some other projects quietly in the background and with our new baker Elias joining the team we have lots of exciting things planned that we cannot wait to share with you all over the coming weeks 👀

The beauty entrepreneur and inspiring Aimee Connolly - Makeup Artist recently said the biggest thing they realised was that growth doesnt necessarily mean adding lots of new products and sometimes the best thing we can do is take what already works and make it better.

This really resonated with us and summed up our future vision perfectly !

Coffee has always been at our core and it always will be

Our favourite time of the day is the morning rush when all the regulars come in for their take away coffees and usually have their coffee drank by the time they are leaving because they have been busy hanging out at the bar chatting to the barista and other customers😅 We are a neighbourhood coffee shop and we love our vibes and it was important to us in the design that this did not get lost. We cannot wait for you all to see the new look💫

We are putting in a little bakery so we can bake more cakes, breads and pastries so we can keep all those carrot cakes on the shelves ! So expect more of same homemade bits and a few newbies

Grateful for a busy, fun, sunny summer filled with lots of delicious iced coffees ☀️ ⛱️

Thank you to everyone who made it so special. We had loads to celebrate with lots of great exam results and Sadhbh welcomed baby Fiadh making it extra special 👶

Behind the scenes we were working hard planning our refurb 🛠 We are so excited and a little nervous to say we are almost ready to go !!! We have been working with the most amazing design team and tradespeople to plan and create the most amazing new space ❤️

For those who have not heard me banging on about it for the last few weeks we are putting in our own little wee bakery with new ovens and while we are at it giving the place a little facelift. So expect new bakes and a fresh new look with a few more seats and all the good vibes 🤘

We have an amazing new baker 👨‍🍳coming on board and he makes the most amazing cinnamon buns so lots to look forward to ! Did I mention his bagels too 🤫

🚨Bad news is that we will have to close for a short time to work our magic but it will be worth waiting for we promise 🫶🏻
We have lots of things planned that we cant wait to share with you as this has been in the planning for quite a while now. We will document the project and take you along with us so keep an eye on our socials for the progress ! We are open all next week it will be the following when we close for a short time.

We are often asked about the receipe. The receipe for this and our carrot are old family receipes which have been handed down through the generations 🫶🏻

We often get asked which is nicer we love both equally its too hard to choose !!!
