Our philosophy
First and foremost we want to prepare good quality food and drinks made with love using the fres
hest local seasonal produce, be it wild or produced, foraged or bought, raw or cooked. In addition to this we want to incorporate as many of the so called super foods as possible and to create menus that are tasty and healthy. We also want to cater for anyone and everyone no matter what your dietary requirements and our prices will reflect this also. Sustainability is also an integral part of our philosophy and we take great care to ensure that the meat, fish, vegetables, coffee, poultry & dairy are sourced from small independent farms or local fishermen. We care a great deal about this and believe that the people eating these products should do too. We are extremely fortunate to live in this part of the world with so many great local producers of food, arts & crafts. We will work harmoniously together to offer you something which we hope you will find both unique yet comforting in body and soul.
