THAT'S ALL FOLKS!
The Porcelain Room is changing.
I'm hanging up my apron strings and the super hardworking Faye Bee that many of you know from working here and The West Cork Gourmet Store (and nearly every other eaterie in West Cork) is soon opening a brand new restaurant of her own here.
I want to say a huge thank you to all my suppliers especially John Barry whose delicious meat made 'Beef Penang ' our signature dish, Clayton from the Fish Station, Richard the veg man and James from West Coast foods.
I couldn't have asked for more wonderful staff over the years. Their commitment, hard work ethic and good humour under pressure have made them all a pleasure to work with. Thank you Aine Carava, Evie Morgan, Hugo Morgan, Fionnuala Solomon, Flo Mc Carthy Doig, Luc Parson, Brendan Canty, Caitlin Harris, Sophia Cassidy-Eulitz and Faye Bolger. X ### ###
