Our special this weekend is a Tagliatelle Alfredo with a twist. Cajun Chicken fillet pieces sauteed together with sliced chestnut mushrooms and streaky smoked bacon, fresh egg tagliatelle then smothered in a creamy garlic sauce topped with Parmesan shavings.

My Niece requested I make a Spanish Paella for her birthday when we were on holiday back in South Africa recently. Since I posted the photo many have asked if I would make it for the restaurant, so I have decided we need a bit of the Spanish sunshine dish in our lives. We will be doing a Paella Mixta, Bomba rice to soak up the saffron and chicken broth accompanied by a vibrant blend of chicken, chorizo, shelled prawns, mussels, and tomato with roasted bell peppers and baby peas. Come and taste the sunshine!

The weather is definitely warming, time to introduce some summer style dishes. This weekend we will have our buttery Irish mussels and garlic pita bread, main course 14 and a new basket - Asian basket, chicken Yakitori cocktail skewers, Chicken and Veg Gyoza, Veg Spring Rolls with spice basket chips 14.
