WHO IS THAT MAN ON THE WALL? 🇮🇹

It’s a question we’re asked all the time at Tuscany Ballina.

Who is the rather magnificent man in all those framed photographs?

Well, I’m very proud to say — that’s my dad, Paolo Mario Amodeo. ❤️

The photographs are little snapshots of his life over the years, taken in Italy, Africa and beyond.

He’s always been a huge foodie, always at home in the kitchen, and played a massive part in giving me my own love and fascination for food.

Paolo is an intensely private man, so I’ll leave the rest of his stories with him.

And here he is today, at 94 years young.

Still magnificent. ❤️
