Back from a memorable holiday in India.
Great food, meeting school classmates after 50 years, getting together with family
And
an amazing (first time) tiger safari in Tadoba, where I could have reached out and touched the majestic cats.
Back in action from Friday with an extended closing time of 9pm. Orders can be placed from 4.30pm onwards.

Celebrating lentils, pulses, beans and legumes this winter.
Starting off this week with red kidney beans.
I'm cooking them the way they're done in the Jammu region of the state of J&K-with dried ginger, aniseed, chillies and a hint of cloves and cinnamon.
A hearty and wholesome dish that warms the insides!
