We’re looking for an experienced Production Co-ordinator to join our team at Spectrum Signs in Athlone.

With 27 years in the trade, we produce everything from signage and vehicle graphics to digital print, custom fabrication, CNC and laser-cut work for customers across Ireland.

This is a key role in our busy production environment. We need someone organised, practical and commercially minded who can manage the flow of work through the business and keep jobs moving.

πŸ‘‰ Planning and co-ordinating daily and weekly production
πŸ‘‰ Prioritising work across design, print, manufacturing, finishing and fitting
πŸ‘‰ Making sure artwork, materials, measurements and approvals are ready before jobs begin
πŸ‘‰ Monitoring progress and dealing with delays or production issues
πŸ‘‰ Liaising with our sales, design, workshop and installation teams
πŸ‘‰ Managing changing priorities and urgent customer requirements
πŸ‘‰ Helping reduce bottlenecks, rework, waste and unnecessary delays
πŸ‘‰ Keeping job status and delivery information up to date

𝙒𝙝𝙀 π™–π™§π™š π™¬π™š π™‘π™€π™€π™ π™žπ™£π™œ 𝙛𝙀𝙧?
Previous experience in production co-ordination or production management is required.

Experience in signage, digital print or large-format graphics would be a significant advantage, but we’re also happy to hear from experienced people coming from manufacturing or production planning environments.

You’ll need strong organisational and communication skills, good commercial awareness and the confidence to set priorities and follow things through.

It’s a fast-paced environment, so being able to stay calm, solve problems and adapt when plans change is important.

For the right person, there is also an opportunity to develop and progress towards a Production Manager or Operations Manager position.
