New Bowl Menu Has Landed 🍓

Our bowls just got better….. Berry Bliss and Tropic Choc are staying exactly where they are, the two you keep coming back for aren't going anywhere.

Alongside them, we've added a whole new lineup of toppings: dried banana chips, dehydrated bee pollen, goji berries, cacao nibs, agave syrup, and raspberry powder for something a bit different on top.
There's also a new upgrade on the menu swap in chocolate protein granola for a proper protein hit.

Two Years of Garrison 💜

Two years of espresso, matcha, bowls, pup cups, treats and bowls.

Today topped it off, the busiest we've ever been, queue out the door all day.

To everyone who called in, whether you've been with us since week one or found us for the first time today: thank you. For the queue, the patience, and for backing a small coffee shop that just wants to do things properly.

Two years down. Plenty more where that came from. And exciting plans ahead.

Limited Drop: Irish Apple Soda ✨

We've got a small batch of The Irish Craft Soda Co. Apple Soda in... and it won't be sticking around long.

Crisp, juicy and made with apples from Stameen Farm in County Louth, this one was brewed to mark the Apple Festival at Belvedere House on September 6th.

Extremely limited, so once it's gone, it's gone.

Tanzania Has Landed ☕

This one's bright, our new guest bean is Mondul AA from in Dublin, grown on the Mondul Estate in Tanzania's Arusha region.

Expect peach, mango and a honey-like sweetness, with a soft, silky body and medium acidity. Bright, sweet and dangerously easy to drink.

This one comes to us via Sumo Coffee Roasters in Dublin, founded by Daniel Horbat, the 2019 World Cup Tasters Champion. They work on direct trade with producers, paying fair prices and telling the real story behind each bean which is exactly the kind of coffee we want on our bar.

Garrison Is Popping Up at Athlone GAA Club ☕

We're bringing Garrison to a new spot in town.

Every Saturday and Sunday for the next few months, we'll be serving from the newly renovated bar at Athlone GAA Club, 9am to 4pm, everything you love from Garrison, right there.

We launch this Saturday, the 11th. Açaí bowls will join the lineup once we've settled in over the following weeks.

Ample car parking, plenty of indoor seating.

New Week, New Guest ☕

This one is from .coffee, based in Oughterard, Galway.... and it's a good one.

Rwamatamu is a family owned farm and washing station in Rwanda's Karongi district. It placed 2nd in the 2025 Best of Rwanda competition, and once you taste it, that's no surprise.

Expect orange, raisin and warm baking spice.... bright and syrupy, with a sweetness that lingers. Works beautifully as an espresso or in milk.

Garrison on Wheels Is Looking for a Spot 🚚

We're on the lookout for locations to set up Garrison on Wheels as a proper residency.

Not a one-off. Not a pop-up. Somewhere we can show up consistently, build a routine, and become part of the area.

Lakeside spots, marinas, popular walks, business parks, retail villages… if you've got a good location with room for a coffee trailer, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for a minimum of two consecutive days per week, at least three hours per day.
