‘Our one off keg of Neapolis lasted no time on Saturday at the ! Sounded mad...tasted delicious! On a base of a Mexican Lager, we created a pizza beer with pink salt, tomatoes, peppercorns and basil! Feedback was so good, one off mightn’t stay that way!’

Well 7 years later, and Roger has pulled out the big guns! Neapolis is back for Dons Craft Beer Fest in Dons Bar Moate this Saturday! Do NOT miss it!

THE ELDERFLOWER PALE ALE IS BACK.

One of our favourite collaborations is returning, as our limited-edition Elderflower Pale Ale, brewed exclusively with Thyme Athlone, hits the taps once again.

This light, beautifully refreshing pale ale is brewed with Irish pale malt and foraged elderflower handpicked from John Coffey’s family farm, giving it a delicate floral character that makes it seriously easy drinking.

And, as always, this one is seriously limited.

You’ll find it on draught exclusively at Dead Centre, while Thyme will be serving it in these beautiful 750ml bottles.
